Don Henley

Date:Apr 04, 2013

Don Henley is acclaimed as one of the greatest singer-songwriters of our time! – His music speaks for itself!: “Desperado”, “Witchy Woman”, “Best of My Love”, “One of These Nights”, “Hotel California”, “The Long Run”, “Dirty Laundery”, ‘All She Wants to Do is Dance”, “The Boys of Summer”, “The Heart of the Matter”, “The Last Worthless Evening”, “Sunset Grill”, “Not Enough Love in the World”, “New York Minute” and “The End of the Innocence”.

– Plus he and Glenn Frey formed one of the most successful songwriting partnerships in music history!

Lucky for us that the super-talented Mr. Henley is also an out-spoken critic of large-scale Dam Projects that displace indigenous peoples and devastate entire ecosystems ( the same decimation we see in loosing our Salmon is happening all over the world right now!) So, we especially appreciate Mr. Henley’s contribution to this benefit collaboration, “Goodbye to a River”.

It is also worth mentioning that Mr. Henley was also a founding member of the mega-group “Eagles’, one of the most popular bands ever! They sold over 120 million albums worldwide, won six Grammy Awards, had five #1 singles, 17 Top 40 singles, and six #1 albums. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998 & are the biggest selling American band in history.
